The community was built 14 years ago.

What is your primary product or service?
We provide independent living for seniors 55+ We offer two bedroom with 1 or 2 bath cottages. They are built on a crawl space with gas heat and central air. Each unit has a one car garage. We provide exterior and interior maintenance. We have a community room for activities and an exercise room. One purchases their cottage and is guaranteed a portion of their investment returned when they leave.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer one level living where you have your own yard and a deck. We are one of the more reasonably priced retirement communities in the area.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one location.

Located in Manchester, MD: from the intersection of MD27 and MD30 head north and turn on Bachman Rd. (just after passing Longview Nursing Home). Follow the street around and you will see the sign and turn left onto Kensington St.

What type of payments do you accept?
The person pays for their cottage outright.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We have such a beautiful campus and the residents are so friendly and nice.
